Peanut butter is essential to our daily life. It be put in many different foods, such as on bread, on noodles, vegetables and so on.
The making processing:
Put the peanuts, salt and honey into the bowl of a food processor. About one minute. Scraping down the sides of the bowl. If you want to make roasted peanuts peanut butter, you would better to use the Spanish peanuts, because the Spanish peanuts have a higher oil content, and made out of peanut will more delicious and sweet.
Place them in two different baking pan and ensure they are spread out in a single layer. Roasting them in the oven about 30-35 minutes, rotating pan halfway through cooking.
Of course, before you make peanut butter, you would better to peel peanut clean. Once the peanut skin is released from peanuts, they are easy to be used.
